At Buddha Thai Spa, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us immediately during your visit. We will do our best to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. Any used portion of the package will be deducted from the refund amount at the standard rate.

2. Non-Refundable

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Special Promotions: Services purchased as part of a special promotion are non-refundable.
  • Products: Due to hygiene reasons, all product sales are final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.
