1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us immediately during your visit. We will do our best to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments.
- Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages are considered on a case-by-case basis. Any used portion of the package will be deducted from the refund amount at the standard rate.
2. Non-Refundable
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Special Promotions: Services purchased as part of a special promotion are non-refundable.
- Products: Due to hygiene reasons, all product sales are final and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.
